Most items at this webstore are made-to-order. Linda makes everything herself, by hand. For Special & Custom Orders, we will contact you to get as much detail as possible for the item(s) you are ordering.

The items pictured on this site are examples of the things that we can make for you but are in no way the only things we make. Have something else in mind? Just drop us a note telling us what you are looking for and we can work out the details.

Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. Please keep in mind that nearly everything on this website is "Hand Made". We have tried our best to create for you what you have requested. So please, make sure that we understand each other before we ship your order.

If an item needs to be returned, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
If we have made a mistake in your order we will work with you to correct it.
